I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms, though on the first level next to the spa, were sparkling clean and had new towels daily, which was a nice touch. The proximity to the spa on the first level was convenient. The service, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, ski pass vendor, welcome drink, and happy hour, was exceptional. The location was perfect, near the slopes in the ski area of Grandvalira and close to many bars. The dining experience, with tandoori dishes included, was delicious. The facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
